Drumetie în țară Branului și Bucegi

Nick hiked in Romania back on 2008 and 2009. And since then we were from time to time in contact, even meeting for a drink in London some years ago. And on 2019 we start to plan another tour, this time for Nick, Louise and the girls!

But the Covid change our plans and we delayed the tour for more than a year! But the wait was well worth it, because the tour was a 4 season tour: we had summer, autumn and winter weather, and all during one week!

What a wonderful trip in the South East of the Transylvania mountains loved every bit of it, and our accommodation was excellent every where we went. Our guide Julian had every thing perfectly organized from start to finish, he is very knowledgeable and a very experience guide. Drumetie in Muntii Bucegi

Best way to get fit for a wedding party on the other side of the world? Three good days of proper mountain hiking through all kind of weather, from mild spring to full-winter blizzards and thunder-storm pouring snow.

Maybe that wasn’t exactly what our two Canadian friends had in mind when they asked us to help organize a few days of hiking in the Carpathian Mountains, to fill in some vacation days before joining some friends’ wedding.
