During my recent visit to the Fagaras mountains I could see oceans of Alpenrosen, hear stories about giant bears, see flying alpine chickens and majestic chamois, walk the steepest chicken breast, experience the most yellow dormitory room, drink the the blackest coffee, almost touch kingseize and smallseize water-buffalos and observe caring storks high above the village, taste yellow caviar and watch active grandmas in story tale like gardens – making the strongest schnaps and – without a doubt – now I am in love with Romania – the people not only the mountains – and all I can think is about how to get my next glass of Zacusca!
