Liliana is a Romanian born lady, living in Italy since many years, and this summer she try to organise a hiking tour in Romanian mountains, for a group of Italian and Dutch friends. Unfortunately because of the pandemic situation the tour was cancel, but Liliana still want to enjoy the beauty of the Carpathian Mountains.
Both our tours were in Fagaras mountains, end of June, for the Rododendron mountain flowers, and we choose (as always) Barcaciu hut area in West of Fagaras. Outstanding weather, flowers, food and company, thanks to Petre family, the hut owners!
Second trip to Moldoveanu peak, in two days, was starting (as always) from Podragu hut, where we hiked from Ucea de Sus village.
Both tours went smooth and nice, from all point of view, and I’m looking for 2022 season, to hike with the Italians in Fagaras mountains!

Iulian grazie di aver accettato nonostante ero solo io , e stato bellissimo , i colori dei rododendri , le chiazze di neve meraviglioso, il rifugio Barcaciu molto accogliente, la doccia fuori calda , la marmellata di mirtilli raccolta un po più su tutto buonissimo, altrettanto a Podragu molto pulito pieno di giovani e stranieri desiderosi di salire su Moldoveanu , tornerò al più presto possibile!!!
