Explore Carpathian garden, walking & culture in Romania

On my those 12 years of mountain guiding and organizing outdoor tours in Carpathian garden, I have learned that one image is more valuable then 1000 words.  I invite you to see some images from my last “Explore Carpathian garden, walking & culture in Romania” tour in South East of Transylvania, together with Tatiana and Nasser.

We did a walk from village to village, on one of the most surprising and beautiful part of Transylvania, where you meet real nature and local people every day. After the walking tour, we visited the Saxon fortified churches from Biertan and Viscri, together with a visit of Sighisoara medieval fortress.
Enjoy the images,

Dear Iulian

We’re now back in Kyiv, but our heads are still swimming with thoughts of Romania. What a sensational trip! Words cannot express how much we loved the tour and your wonderful country. It’s almost impossible to pick out any particular highlights; the bucolic beauty of Poarta and Moeciu de Sus, the historic majesty of Brasov, Sighisoara and the fortified churches and the breath-taking views from the top of Piatra Mare.

However, Tanya and I have decided that the best thing about the tour was you; your organisation and your companionship throughout our time there was impeccable – professional and informative. It’s incredible the breadth of your knowledge. You also have an uncanny ability to understand exactly what we wanted. Please give our love to all the people and the dogs we met (especially, ‘Big Head’). We are counting the days to our next Romanian adventure; as you know, we love to count.

Nasser (the first Iranian on your tours) and Tanya – May 2012
