With very good mood and joy we discovered the views around Baiului, Bucegi and Piatra Craiului Mountains. Riding thru green forests, along mountain r… (>>>)

Transylvania snowshoeing day tour

We really had a great day trip with Iulian in the Carpathian Mountains near Bran village. The landscape was superb and the place very remote – we did not meet anybody the whole day, except a shepherd with his 200 sheep. Even though our trip was planned only two days in advance, everything was just perfect. Especially the small things made the tour with Iulian exceptional: the pick up from and the drop-off directly to our pension in Brasov, the information he gave about Romania from the perspective of a local person, the wind-protected she… (>>>)

Photo tour in Fagaras Mountains and Medieval Transylvania

Our very first guests from Hong Kong arrived in Romania this summer in order to see the Fagaras Mountains and some of the historical sites in the South of Transylvania. While the trekking proved to be more demanding physically and technically than anticipated, the photo opportunities where always in abundance.

Great weather up in the mountains but also at the fortified churches in Cincsor and Cincu, at the old Cistercian Monastery in Carta or at the Sambata Orthodox Monaste… (>>>)
