Wandern in der rumänischen Landschaft

Nick war 2008 und 2009 in Rumänien gewandert. Und seitdem standen wir immer mal wieder in Kontakt, trafen uns vor einigen Jahren sogar auf einen Drink in London. Und 2019 planen wir eine weitere Tour, diesmal für Nick, Louise und die Mädels!

Aber der Covid ändert unsere Pläne und wir haben die Tour um mehr als ein Jahr verschoben! Aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt, denn die Tour war eine 4-Saison-Tour: Wir hatten Sommer-, Herbst- und Winterwetter und das alles eine Woche lang!

Neve , neve e ancora neve!!! una forte perturbazione ha interessato la Romania durante la nostra vacanza tra i monti della Romania. Peccato, perché abbiamo visto pochissimo panorama , però abbiamo attraversato boschi da favola, tra monasteri, castelli e gole .Il programma originario è stato necessariamente modificato ma, grazie alla conoscenza e all’esperienza di Iulian, la nostra guida, abbiamo comunque realizzato in sicurezza e con divertimento la traversata che ci ha portato da Sinaia a Cota 2000, a Petra Arsa, alla … (>>>)

Skiwandern in den Bucegi-Bergen, Siebenbürgen – 17./25. März 2018

At the end of March snow Gods were on our side, snow was enough and good quality for our cross country skiing tour in Bucegi and Postavaru mountains. The group of happy people from Genova enjoy the tour all the time, despite the weather conditions, low visibility, cold and windy, but hey, is March, is winter! We use the gps to find the Sphinx of Bucegi, but we find it, so foggy was up there! Enjoy the photos, Iulian, March 2018

Hiking Romania, Bucegi and Ciucas mountains, South Carpathian mountains

Even priests love nature, so on middle of June I had the pleasure to hike and talk with Karl Heintz, a priest from Bottrop, Germany. As always in June, we were hiking on the blooming period for mountain flowers, including the Rhododendrons, those beautiful mountain flowers. Our tour start in Bucegi mountains, and the original plan was to go to Fagaras area after Bucegi.
