F\u00fcr mich war es eher eine Reflexions\u00fcbung, um den t\u00e4glichen Arbeitsstress etc. aus dem Kopf und auf andere Gedanken zu kommen. Hat tats\u00e4chlich funktioniert, da es f\u00fcr mich schon eine gewisse Anstrengung bedeutet hat. Ich f\u00fchlte mich von dir allerdings nicht unter Druck gesetzt … im Gegenteil. Den wichtigsten Satz, den ich mitnehmen konnte, lautet: “Nie den Berg \/ Gipfel mit der bevorstehenden Anstrengung zu sehen und der lange \/ vielleicht unerreichbare Weg dorthin, sondern mit dem bisher Erreichten zufrieden zu sein…!<\/p>\n
